I go through what you actually run, write down what is not talking to what, and put a number on what the gap costs you every month. You get the report either way. If you never hire me for the rest of it, it is still yours to hand to anybody.
Step two

I build the connections the Map found. Your tools hand work to each other instead of somebody carrying it between them by hand. You approve the list before I start, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Step three, optional
$850
Connections break when one of the vendors changes something, and they break quietly. I watch them, fix them when they go, and build new ones as the business changes. Month to month, and you can stop any time.
The report is yours either way. The $500 comes off The Connect if you go ahead.
